The Farmhouse

Meet the Ol' Farmhouse:

Built in 1922 the farmhouse still holds much of its original charm and craftsmanship. Sitting on 6.5 acres with a twelve foot southern style front porch with railing and columns to match it is the perfect setting for any special occasion. During the right season the farmhouse is surrounded on three sides of the property with cotton fields. Around the farmhouse we like to call it Texas snow. Thus the name Cotton Branch Farms.

Meet
the Owners

Felix and Sara Trevino bought the property back in 2017. From the time they first visited the property they knew it was a special little piece of Texas. Their dream and vision has been to create a beautiful and memorable experience for all those who visit the farmhouse. Felix and Sara live on the property with their three children and enjoy the quiet country atmosphere under the beautiful Texas sky. It is here that they have discovered that timeless moments are just simply better at Cotton Branch Farms.
